Shrimp Tacos with Mango Salsa

The creamy cilantro lime sauce

For assembly

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over high heat.
- Season shrimp with chili powder and salt, then sear in the pan for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Combine mango salsa ingredients in a bowl and add salt to taste; refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- In a food processor, blend all creamy cilantro sauce ingredients until smooth; add salt and pepper to taste.
- Warm the tortillas, then assemble tacos with sauce, cabbage, shrimp, and mango salsa.
