Instructions
- Combine all meatball ingredients except olive oil in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Roll the mixture into equal-sized balls, about 2-3 tablespoons each.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown the meatballs on all sides.
- Remove the meatballs and keep them warm on a plate covered with foil.
- In the same pan, reduce heat to medium and add the pasta sauce and herbs, stirring to combine.
- Return the meatballs to the sauce, spooning some sauce over them, and cover the pan.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping the meatballs halfway through.
