Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet with oil.
- Soak the breadcrumbs in milk for about 5 minutes.
- Grate the Parmesan and combine it with onion, garlic, parsley, egg, crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper in a food processor.
- Combine the ground pork and beef in a bowl, then add the mixture from the food processor and mix well.
- Form the mixture into 2-ounce meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 15 minutes.
- While the meatballs are baking, warm the jarred tomato sauce in a pot.
- Transfer the baked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the remaining sauce and serve with meatballs on top.
