Instructions
- Mash together egg, cream, and bread until smooth.
- Mix in beef, onion, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper, then roll into 1-inch meatballs.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and brown the meatballs on all sides.
- In a saucepan, heat olive oil, add garlic, and cook until fragrant.
- Add crushed and diced tomatoes, basil, oregano, and sugar; bring to a boil.
- Add meatballs to the sauce, reduce heat, and simmer until cooked through.
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- Serve spaghetti topped with sauce and meatballs, garnished with Parmesan.
