Instructions
- Marinate the pork by patting it dry and pounding it until tender, then mix with marinade ingredients and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the Peking sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients in a separate bowl and adjusting to taste.
- Heat oil in a wok for deep-frying and fry the pork for about 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the pork from the oil, drain excess oil, and set aside.
- Bring the sauce to a boil, add the fried pork, and stir until well coated.
- Serve the pork chops on a platter, garnished with toasted sesame seeds, alongside steamed rice.
