Grilled Chicken Satay Skewers

The skewers and sauce

The chicken

The skewers

skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the chicken to make the sauce, reserving some for serving later.
- Let the chicken sit in half of the sauce for at least 15 minutes.
- Thread the chicken onto the skewers.
- Heat the grill to 350 degrees (medium).
- Grill the chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
- Tent the meat for 5 minutes and serve with additional sauce.
