Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Grease an 8, 9, or 10 inch cast iron skillet with coconut oil spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix almond flour, tahini, maple syrup, collagen peptides (if using), and chocolate chips until the dough is thick.
- Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
- After chilling, add the egg and baking soda to the dough and mix until fully incorporated.
- Pour the dough into the greased skillet and press evenly to flatten.
- Bake for 15-16 minutes.
- Let it settle before serving, then sprinkle sea salt flakes and top with frozen mousse.
