Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine tahini, yogurt, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Add oat flour, buckwheat flour, arrowroot flour, baking soda, and salt, and mix until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and/or chunks.
- Pour the batter evenly into two 6.5-inch cast iron skillets.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges darken slightly and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Serve warm, optionally topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
