Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a cast iron skillet.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut sugar, nut butter, and vanilla until well combined.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined; the batter will be thick.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the skillet, spreading it to touch the edges, and top with additional chocolate chips if desired.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
