Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉ and prepare your skillet or baking pan.
- In a bowl, beat the softened coconut oil or vegan butter with brown sugar, non-dairy milk, tahini, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chunks and spread the dough into the prepared skillet or pan.
- Bake for 24-27 minutes, until the edges are golden and the center is set.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt after removing from the oven.
- Allow to cool before serving or slicing into bars.
