Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8-inch skillet.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and coconut sugar, then whisk in the almond butter and vanilla.
- In a separate small bowl, mix the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and stir until well mixed; the batter will be thick.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter into the greased skillet, adding more chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, adjusting time for desired gooeyness.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving, then sprinkle with flake salt.
