Ingredients

The batter

  • 2 pieces eggs
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Toppings

  • to taste flake salt
  • extra for topping chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8-inch skillet.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and coconut sugar, then whisk in the almond butter and vanilla.
  3. In a separate small bowl, mix the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and stir until well mixed; the batter will be thick.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Spread the batter into the greased skillet, adding more chocolate chips on top if desired.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, adjusting time for desired gooeyness.
  8. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving, then sprinkle with flake salt.
