Ingredients

  • 1 unit egg

  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease the skillet.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the egg.
  3. Beat in the peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. In a small bowl, stir together the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the mixture into the skillet and bake for 16-18 minutes or until done.
