Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Grease a 10-inch cast iron skillet.
- Blend the caramel sauce ingredients until smooth and transfer to the skillet.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cookie skillet ingredients, folding in the chocolate chips last.
- Layer the cookie dough over the caramel sauce and smooth it out.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes until soft and gooey.
- Let it sit for 10 minutes to cool before serving.
