Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Grease a 10-inch cast iron skillet (an 8-inch skillet will also work).
- Blend the caramel sauce ingredients until smooth and transfer to the skillet.
- In a medium bowl, mix the cookie skillet ingredients, folding in the chocolate chips last.
- Spread the cookie mixture over the caramel in the skillet.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes; it may still be soft and gooey.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
