Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 6-inch cast iron skillet.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, spices, baking soda, and salt, then set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut oil, coconut sugar, pumpkin puree, and vanilla.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
- Fold in the chopped chocolate bar, reserving some for topping if desired.
- Pour the dough into the skillet and press it down to fill the bottom.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
