  • 1 cup mini peanut butter cups

Topping Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice cream
  • ½ cup extra peanut butter cups
  • ¼ cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Beat the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy, then add the egg and vanilla and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt, then mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. Fold in the mini peanut butter cups gently.
  5. Transfer the dough to a greased 9-inch skillet, pressing it into an even layer with a border around the edges.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  7. Top with ice cream, additional peanut butter cups, and drizzle with melted chocolate and peanut butter.
