Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Beat the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy, then add the egg and vanilla and mix well.

- Fold in the mini peanut butter cups gently.

- Top with ice cream, additional peanut butter cups, and drizzle with melted chocolate and peanut butter.
