Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 10-12 inch skillet or 4-6 smaller skillets.
- In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and miso until creamy.
- Add the eggs and mix well, then gradually beat in the flour mixture.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and pretzels.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
- Spread half of the cookie dough into the prepared skillet, dollop the peanut butter mixture on top, and then place the remaining cookie dough over it.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes for a large skillet or 12-15 minutes for smaller skillets, ensuring not to overbake.
- Let cool for 3-5 minutes before serving, optionally with ice cream and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
