Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Blend until smooth, then add eggs one at a time and blend until smooth.
- Fold in the flour and whisk until combined. Then fold in powdered peanut butter, cocoa, and salt, whisking until the texture is thick but smooth.
- Grease two 8-inch cast-iron skillets with butter or cooking spray and divide the brownie batter evenly between them.
- Melt peanut butter and create a swirl on top of the brownie batter using a knife.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving with ice cream.
