Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 6-inch cast iron skillet or an 8x8 pan.
- 2. In a small bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in the microwave in 30-second increments until fully melted, then set aside to cool.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, stirring until mixed.
- 4. Whisk the eggs and coconut sugar into the melted chocolate mixture.
- 5. Pour the chocolate mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- 6. Pour the batter into the skillet and top with additional chocolate chips if desired.
- 7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
