Skillet Brownie

Instructions
- Melt the butter, oil, chocolate, and sugar in a saucepan or microwave until smooth.
- Pour the melted mixture into a mixing bowl and let it cool slightly.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 10-inch cast iron skillet.
- Whisk in the eggs and vanilla into the cooled chocolate mixture.
- Stir in the cocoa powder, flour, and salt until combined, then fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared skillet and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 30-36 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the brownie cool for 5 minutes before serving.
