Instructions
- Pat the chicken wings dry and drizzle with buttermilk, then marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Combine flour, chicken seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dredge the marinated chicken in the flour mixture, ensuring full coverage.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil and add the chicken wings without overcrowding.
- Spray the chicken wings with cooking oil and cook at 400°F for 20 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes.
- Check that the internal temperature has reached 165°F, and cook longer if desired for crispiness.
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it cool before serving.
