Instructions
- Dry the chicken wings completely with paper towels.
- In a large bowl or sealable plastic bag, season the chicken with seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle the baking powder over the wings and ensure they are evenly coated.
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and place the chicken wings on it.
- Spray the top of the chicken with cooking oil.
- Air fry the wings at 320 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Open the air fryer, flip the chicken, and spray the other side with cooking oil.
- Increase the temperature to 400 degrees and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes until crispy.
- Check the internal temperature to ensure it reaches 165 degrees.
- Cool before serving.
