Ingredients

The wings

  • 2 lb Chicken wings

The seasoning

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • ¾ tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the wings with baking powder, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the chicken wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry the chicken wings at 250°F for 15 minutes.
  5. Flip the wings over and increase the temperature to 430°F. Air fry for an additional 15-20 minutes until crispy.
