Instructions
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, toss the wings with baking powder, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the chicken wings at 250°F for 15 minutes.
- Flip the wings over and increase the temperature to 430°F. Air fry for an additional 15-20 minutes until crispy.
