Ingredients

The wings

  • 1.5 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Parmesan Garlic Sauce

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup finely grated parmesan cheese

Buffalo Sauce

  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • ¼ cup melted butter

Korean-Inspired Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2-3 teaspoons sriracha
  • ½ teaspoon korean red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

Teriyaki Sauce

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons warm water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce of your choice.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF and spray the basket with olive oil.
  3. In a large bowl, coat the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the wings in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  5. Cook the wings for 10 minutes, flip them, and cook for another 10 minutes.
  6. Check if wings are crispy; if not, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Toss the cooked wings in your chosen sauce.
