Ingredients

The wings

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

The sauce

  • to taste Barbecue sauce or Buffalo sauce
  • to taste Blue Cheese dressing or Ranch

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F for 3 minutes.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle the wings with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Arrange the wings in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry the wings until the skin is crisp, about 10 to 12 minutes per side, flipping halfway through.
  6. Increase the heat to 400°F and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Serve the wings plain or toss them in your favorite sauce.
