Crispiest Air Fryer Chicken Wings

Instructions
- Pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels and coat with baking powder and cornstarch. Chill for 1 hour.
- Spray the air-fryer basket with oil and preheat to 400°F. Mix the salt, pepper, garlic salt, onion powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
- Transfer wings to a bowl, add the spice mixture, olive oil, and hot sauce, and toss to coat.
- Cook the wings in batches in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through until golden brown and crisp.
- Let the wings rest for 5 minutes before serving with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
