Black Bean Quinoa Salad

Instructions
- Cook quinoa with water, chipotle liquid, and salt until absorbed.
- Let quinoa cool in a large mixing bowl.
- Prepare the dressing while quinoa cooks.
- Chop the vegetables and add them to the cooled quinoa.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, then serve.
