Ingredients

The peaches

  • 4 pieces peaches, cut in half with the pits removed

The topping

  • ¼ cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter, ghee, or vegan butter, softened

Optional toppings

  • to taste whipped cream, ice cream, or dairy-free ice cream

Instructions

  1. 1. Halve the peaches and remove the pits.
  2. 2. Place the peach halves in the air fryer basket with the cut side down and set the temperature to 350°F for 6 minutes.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix the sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter together.
  4. 4. After 6 minutes, turn the peaches over so the cut side is facing up.
  5. 5. Spoon the sugar and butter mixture onto each peach half.
  6. 6. Close the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes at 350°F.
  7. 7. Once done, transfer the peaches to a serving plate and top with optional whipped cream or ice cream.
