Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender for one minute, gradually increasing to high speed.
- Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan.
- Heat over medium, whisking constantly, until it thickens (about 2 minutes).
- Continue heating for 3 more minutes, whisking constantly.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for about an hour for a chilled pudding.
