Easy Chocolate Pudding

Instructions
- Chop the chocolate chips in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
- In a medium pot, heat the coconut milk, xylitol, and coconut oil until simmering.
- Pour the coconut milk mixture into the food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into ½ cup mason jars and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve the pudding chilled.
