Ingredients

  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • teaspoon vanilla stevia
  • teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • ¼ cup chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend coconut milk, water, cacao powder, stevia, and salt until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a one quart mason jar.
  3. Add chia seeds and shake well.
  4. Refrigerate overnight to let chia seeds soften and absorb liquid.
  5. Serve.
