Instructions
- Combine chia seeds, coconut milk, keto maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl or mason jars.
- Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Stir the pudding once again before serving and add fresh berries on top.
