Instructions
- Combine chia seeds and salt in a mason jar.
- Rest the mason jar on a kitchen towel.
- Pour hot water over the chia seeds and stir with a fork.
- Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 4 hours to overnight.
- Add coconut milk and stevia to the mixture.
- Seal the jar and shake vigorously.
- Serve the pudding.
