Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon low carb sugar (Sukrin:1, Swerve, Lakanto, Truvia, or Besti)
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk (or Almond Milk)
  • ΒΌ cup Chia Seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine cocoa powder and sweetener in a mason jar and shake to remove lumps.
  2. Add coconut milk and vanilla extract to the jar, close the lid, and shake to mix.
  3. Add chia seeds to the jar and shake again until well combined.
  4. Transfer the jar to the fridge and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve in jars with coconut yogurt and seasonal fruit.
