Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
- Add frozen peas to the bottom of a pasta strainer.
- When the pasta is done, pour the hot pasta water over the peas in the strainer.
- Reserve a little pasta water to thin out the sauce if necessary.
- Return the pasta and peas to the pot.
- Add the Alfredo sauce to the pot and mix well.
- Add a drizzle of reserved pasta water to thin out the mixture if needed.
- Add any optional ingredients like Parmesan or extra veggies, mix, and serve.
