Instructions
- Whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey (if using), olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Chop the cucumber, strawberries, red onion, basil, and mint.

- Refrigerate the salad for at least 10-15 minutes before serving.
