Strawberry Cucumber Salad

The dressing

Instructions
- Cut the strawberries in half or quarters and place them in a medium bowl.
- Slice the cucumbers in half lengthwise, then cut them into bite-sized chunks.
- Add the cucumber pieces to the bowl with the strawberries.
- Add the feta, toasted almonds, and sliced mint to the bowl.
- In a small jar, shake together olive oil and lemon juice, then pour over the salad.
- Toss the salad mixture until well combined and serve immediately or within 24 hours.
