The Salad

fresh strawberries

Instructions
- Whisk together all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Prepare the strawberries by removing the green tops and threading them onto skewers.
- Brush the strawberries and cucumber slices with some dressing.
- Grill the strawberry skewers over indirect heat for 10 minutes, rotating halfway.
- Grill the cucumber slices over direct heat for 1-2 minutes per side until softened.
- Remove the grilled items and let them cool.
- Toss mixed greens with dressing to taste, then add walnuts and grilled cucumber slices.
- Divide the salad onto plates and top with grilled strawberries and blue cheese.
