The dressing

Greek Salad Dressing
Instructions
- Soak the sliced red onion in ice water for at least 5 minutes.
- Combine the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, optional feta, and herbs in a medium serving bowl.
- Drain the onions and add them to the bowl.
- Drizzle the Greek dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Let the salad rest for at least 10 minutes before serving.
