Cucumber Tomato Salad

The dressing

Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, bell pepper, and herbs, and place them in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to coat.
- Serve the salad immediately.
