Ingredients

The pizza base

  • 1 8-inch flour tortilla

The toppings

  • 2 Tbsp pesto
  • ½ cup frozen broccoli florets, thawed
  • 2 oz. shredded mozzarella
  • ½ oz. crumbled feta
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
  2. Place the tortilla on a baking sheet and bake for about 6 minutes until it bubbles and the edges turn golden.
  3. Chop the thawed broccoli florets and blot them dry with a paper towel.
  4. Spread pesto over the par-baked tortilla.
  5. Top with chopped broccoli, shredded mozzarella, crumbled feta, and crushed red pepper.
  6. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 6 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Slice the pizza and serve immediately.
