Easy Pear Butter

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 50 minutes, stirring occasionally and keeping the lid slightly open.
- Once the mixture has thickened, remove from heat and transfer to a food processor to blend until smooth, or leave it chunky if preferred.
- Transfer the pear butter to canning jars or a heat-proof container, seal, and refrigerate until ready to use.
