Instructions
- Place almond flour in a shallow dish and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Season the fish with salt and pepper, then spread 1 tbsp. of Dijon mustard on each filet.
- Dip the mustard-coated filet into the almond flour, coating both sides and shaking off excess flour.
- Heat half of the coconut oil in a non-stick pan and cook the tilapia for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Serve with fresh lemon.
