Instructions
- Pulse the almonds and breadcrumbs in a food processor until coarsely ground.
- Heat oil and butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Spread Dijon mustard on both sides of each tilapia filet and coat with the crumb mixture.
- Cook the coated tilapia in the frying pan for several minutes on each side until browned and fully cooked.
- Serve with parmesan, sea salt, or lemon.
