Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
- Rinse the tilapia fillets under cold water and pat dry.
- Arrange the fillets in a single layer in a baking dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the fillets and top with chopped parsley.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.
