Instructions
- Whisk together melted butter, lemon zest, honey, soy sauce, thyme, parsley, salt, pepper, and garlic in a small bowl.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place the tilapia fillets in a single layer in the baking dish and pour the sauce over the fish.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Broil on high for 2 minutes to brown the edges of the fish.
