Ingredients

The fish

  • 4 fillets tilapia

The seasoning

  • ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

The sauce

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon zest

For garnish

  • 1 sprig Italian parsley
  • 1 lemon cut into rounds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Pat the tilapia fillets dry with a paper towel.
  3. Season the tilapia with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
  4. Arrange the tilapia in a single layer in a baking dish.
  5. In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  6. Spoon the garlic butter mixture over the tilapia.
