Baked Tilapia with Lemon Butter

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Pat the fish fillets dry and arrange them in a single layer in a baking dish.
- Juice and zest half of the lemon, and slice the other half into thin slices.
- Melt the butter and stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, and crushed garlic.
- Brush the garlic lemon butter over the tilapia fillets and season with salt and pepper, flipping and repeating on the other side.
- Arrange lemon slices over the fish.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
