Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and lightly grease a sheet pan with oil.
- Place the tilapia fillets on the lined pan and season with garlic salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Spread about 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise over each filet.
- In a small bowl, mix together the parmesan, oregano, basil, and paprika.
- Sprinkle the parmesan mixture on top of each fish fillet.
- Optional: Arrange soft veggies around the fish, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the parmesan is golden brown.
