The parmesan crust

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- Place the salmon on the lined baking sheet, pat dry, and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a small bowl, mix together parmesan cheese, parsley, dill, and garlic powder. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
- Crumble the mixture over the salmon and pat lightly to help it stick.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
