Parmesan Crusted Salmon

Ingredients

The salmon

  • 2 lb Salmon fillet
  • 1 ½ tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper

The parmesan crust

  • ½ cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon on the lined baking sheet, pat dry, and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together parmesan cheese, parsley, dill, and garlic powder. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
  4. Crumble the mixture over the salmon and pat lightly to help it stick.
  5. Bake for 15-17 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
